Terms & Conditions
Within 30 days from the invoice date, for all customers who have established credit with us, a 1.5% per month service charge will be added to all accounts over 30 days. New accounts must pay half of the shipment before delivery and the remainder after delivery until the credit is established. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Claims & Liability
All claims must be made by five days after receipt of stock. We shall immediately correct any mistakes we make, but our liability will not be more than the purchase price. We try to see only quality true to name nursery stock. We make NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED TO CUSTOMERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS TO LIFE, QUALITY, PRODUCTIVENESS, OR MERCHANTABILITY beyond the description of the plants as true to name. All orders are accepted on condition that they will be void should we have an error in count or injury to plants due to causes beyond our control. We give no guarantee of survival of plant material after plants are ACCEPTED FROM OUR LOADING DOCK OR CARRIER. We will be glad, however, to correct any errors we made.
